Unlimited access to training sessions and materials is available to authorized users with an active subscription. Free of charge you can cancel your subscription or renew it at any time.

Yes, courses can be taken starting from the age of 18, there is no upper limit.

The average duration of a workout is from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your level of fitness and type of program.

Each program is designed for 4 weeks, consisting of 12 workouts of 3 workouts per week. We recommend to keep to the following plan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Everything is individual in this case and much depends on the characteristics of your body: genetics, metabolism, and degree of physical fitness. However, the first visible results can be noticed after 30 days.

The beginner and intermediate level workout programs involve working with your bodyweight. In the advanced level of training, you will need minimal equipment: resistance bands, dumbbells, and a fitness mat. However, this equipment can be replaced by improvised means: water bottles, books, Martens bandage.

To avoid harming your health, we recommend consulting a doctor before purchasing any course

Our courses are not adapted for pregnant women. We also don’t recommend taking unadapted courses after giving birth, especially if the term is less than 3-4 months.
